You should only use fluid to the specification CHF11S.
It is light/medium green in colour. If it is red, it’s the wrong fluid and will likely cause damage to seals in the steering system.
We recommend the Fuchs Titan CHF11S (formerly Pentosin), but you can safely use alternatives to the same specification – such as FEBI 06161 or 46161 or Mannol 8990 Central Hydraulic Fluid.
