UPGRADED/MODIFIED CIRCUIT BOARD (PCB) (all high-power components replaced with up-rated items to AEC-Q100/200 standard)
BRAND NEW & COMPLETE SEAL SET (6 seals of OE or higher specification)
BRAND NEW MOTOR BRUSH ASSEMBLY (we do not re-use the heavily aged brittle plastic & stretched brush springs and solder in new brushes - this fails prematurely)
NEW OR PROFESSIONALLY REFURBISHED* ROTOR/ARMATURE (by technical measurement and prediction, our refurbished rotors are expected to last more than 3 years)
NEW SHAFT BEARINGS (premium bearings supplied by either SKF, NSK or NTN)
BRAND NEW FULL FIXING/FASTENER SET (we do not re-use aged compromised fasteners, we replace all of them - to OE or higher specification.
